

HOW TO HELP
The State Theatre is a non-profit community performing arts center dedicated to serving the Centre Region by providing a venue for theatre, dance, music, and film, and is supported completely through donations. If you believe in the concept of a theatre owned and operated by the whole community, below are ways you can help.

The State Theatre restoration also requires a volunteer effort. We welcome your ideas and help in any way you wish to participate. Contact us by email at info@thestatetheatre.org or at our regular mailing address, 130 West College Avenue., State College, PA 16801.

If you prefer to make a pledge to The State Theatre, payable annually, bi-annually, quarterly, or monthly, please click above for a pledge form, then indicate the amount you wish to pledge and the frequency and amount of installment payments you prefer.
NAME A CHAIR ( Name a Chair Pledge Form PDF Format)

Make a $1,000 contribution and an engraved brass plaque will be attached permanently to the arm of a theatre chair with the inscription of your choosing. Your plaque will be seen by thousands of patrons over the decades.
BECOME A PRODUCER

When you pledge or donate a minimum of $10,000 to the State Theatre your support earns you the title of "Producer." You can spread this pledge out over as many as five years — paying as little as $2,000 per year. As a Producer you are offered advance ticket opportunities for two tickets to most events held at the theatre for ten years (Note: due to potential contract restrictions, we cannot promise advance ticket availability to all shows).
